Sun Fook Kong (Civil) Limited Wins Two Maintenance Contractsarrow

(Hong Kong, 3 March 2014) Sun Fook Kong (Civil) Limited has been awarded two maintenance contracts, including the Highways Department Term Contract (Management and Maintenance of Roads in Kowloon East excluding High Speed Roads 2014-2018) and the Civil Engineering and Development Department Maintenance Contract for Piers (2014-2017).

Highways Department Term Contract (Management and Maintenance of Roads in Kowloon East excluding High Speed Roads 2014-2018) will be commenced in April 2014 and it is expected to be completed in March 2018. The works of this HK$550 million term contract mainly comprise the management and maintenance of public roads, including associated slopes, highway structures, landscaping and minor improvement works, in Kowloon East but excluding High Speed Roads.

On the other hands, Civil Engineering and Development Department Maintenance Contract for Piers (2014-2017) will be commenced in March 2014 and it is expected to be completed in March 2017. Its scope of work includes the maintenance of piers and other marine facilities in Hong Kong waters, and construction of other minor works.

Sun Fook Kong will continue to provide professional construction services to its clients and assist them in improving the public facilities.
