Sun Fook Kong wins the Corporate Safety Performance Awardarrow
(Hong Kong, 14 December 2013) Sun Fook Kong has been granted the Outstanding Contractor for District Term Contract – Bronze Award together with the Outstanding Maintenance and Improvement Project – Gold Award at the “Quality Public Housing Construction and Maintenance Awards 2013” presentation ceremony on 14 December 2013.
 
The “Quality Public Housing Construction and Maintenance Awards 2013” is co-organized by the Hong Kong Housing Authority, Hong Kong Construction Association Ltd., Hong Kong Federation of Electrical & Mechanical Contractors Ltd., Hong Kong Construction Sub-Contractors Association, Hong Kong Construction Industry Employees General Union, Construction Site Workers General Union, Hong Kong & Kowloon Electrical Engineering & Appliances Trade Workers Union, Hong Kong General Union of Lift and Escalator Employees, Labour Department, Occupational Safety & Health Council, Construction Industry Council and Vocational Training Council, aims at recognizing outstanding contractors, project teams, supervisors and workers for their outstanding performance in the construction and maintenance of public housing projects.
 
The winning project team of Sun Fook Kong, “District Term Contract for the Maintenance, Improvement and Vacant Flat Refurbishment for Properties Managed by PSAUs/ Wong Tai Sin, Tsing Yi, Tsuen Wan and Islands (2012 / 2015)”, mainly responsible for providing maintenance services to 19 public housing estates in Hong Kong, including Tai O Lung Tin Estate, Mui Wo Ngan Wan Estate and Tung Chung Yat Tung Estate etc.
 
In future, the Group will strive for developing high quality construction projects for our clients and local residents, and maintaining good communication with all stakeholders so as to create a harmonious community.

The Group received two awards at the “Quality Public Housing Construction and Maintenance Awards 2013” presentation ceremony.
