| Project Summary | Phase I includes 4836 number of domestic flats in 5 domestic blocks and an independent five-storey shopping mall which also acting as public transport interchange providing bus and minibus terminals. Inside the shopping mall there is a wet market, a restaurant, indoor car parking lot and a kindergarden. The housing estate also provide a day care centre for the elderly, an elderly home, an early education and training centre, a children's home, a special child care centres and a estates management office. Phase II is a landscaping area which provide a recreational land to the community. |
